Abstract

El refuerzo se forma por un repliegue (4), que penetra en el interior del tubo, de la cinta de chapa que sirve para realizar éste. Las regiones (7, 8)de la cinta adyacente al repliegue forman una primera pared principal del tubo, y las dosre giones marginales (13, 14) plegadas a 180* hacia el interiordel tubo con respecto a las regiones adyacentes (11, 12) que constituyen la segunda pared principal del tubo, están unidas al repliegue de maneraestanca por soldadura. Lasdimensiones exteriores del tubo en sección transversal, y la calidad de la soldadura, no dependen del ancho exacto de lacinta. Aplicación al radiador de enfriamiento del motor de propulsión de un vehículo automotor.
