Abstract
Compuestos de pirazol sustituidos y sus derivados de la fórmula (I), donde: R1 es un alquilo C1-C6 o haloalquilo C1-C6 opcionalmente sustituido; R2 es unalquilo C1-C6, haloalquilo C1-C6 o cicloalquilo C3-C6 opcionalmente sustituido; R3 es hidrógeno,halógeno, alquilo C1-C6 o haloalquilo C1-C6; R4 es un alquiloC1-C6, haloalquilo C1-C6, alcoxi C1-C6 opcionalmente sustituido, cicloalquilo C3-C6 opcionalmente sustituido, alcoxi (C1-C6)alquilo (C1-C6), alquinilo C2-C6opcionalmente sustituido,alqui nilo C2-C6 opcionalmente sustituido, heteroarilo opcionalmente sustituido, o un anillo heterocíclico de cinco o seis miembrosopcionalmente sustituido que contiene uno o más heteroátomos seleccionados de O, N o S; R5 es hidrógeno, alquiloC1-C6 o al coxi (C1-C6)-alquilo (C1-C6)opcionalmente sustituidos; R6, R7, R8 y R9 se seleccionan independientemente de hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C1-C6 opcionalmente sustituido, alquenilo C2-C6opcionalmente sustituido, alquinilo C2-C6opcionalmente sustitu ido, alcoxi C1-C6 opcionalmente sustituido, alcoxi (C1-C6)-alquilo (C1-C6), haloalquiloC1-C6, haloalcoxi C1-C6, ciano, nitro, -S(O)p-R10 donde p es 0, 1 o 2 y R10 es alquilo C1-C3 o haloalquilo C1-C2, -OSO2R11 dondeR11 es alquilo C1-C3,-CO2 H, -COR12, -COOR12 O -NHCOR12 donde R12 es alquilo C1-C6, haloalquilo C1-C6, cicloalquilo C3-C6 opcionalmente sustituido, arilo opcionalmentesustituido, heteroarilo opcionalmente sustituido, alcoxi (C1-C6)-alquilo(C1-C6) o alquiltio C1- C6, -CONR13R14 O-NR13R14 donde R13 y R14 pueden seriguales o diferentes y donde cada hidrógeno, alquilo C1-C6 haloalquilo C1-C6, cicloalquilo C2-C6 opcionalmente sustituido, alquenilo C2-C6 opcionalmentesustituido,alquinilo C2-C6 opcionalmente sus tituido, arilo opcionalmente sustituido, heteroarilo opcionalmente sustituido, alcoxi (C1-C6)-alquiloSubstituted pyrazole compounds and their derivatives of formula (I), wherein: R1 is an optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl or C1-C6 haloalkyl; R2 is an optionally substituted C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl or C3-C6 cycloalkyl; R3 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-C6 alkyl or C1-C6 haloalkyl; R4 is C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, optionally substituted C1-C6 alkoxy, optionally substituted C3-C6 cycloalkyl, (C1-C6) alkoxy (C1-C6) alkyl, optionally substituted C2-C6 alkynyl, C2-C6 alkynyl optionally substituted, optionally substituted heteroaryl, or an optionally substituted five- or six-membered heterocyclic ring containing one or more heteroatoms selected from O, N, or S; R5 is hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl or coxy (C1-C6) -alkyl (C1-C6); R6, R7, R8 and R9 are independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl, optionally substituted C2-C6 alkenyl, optionally substituted C2-C6 alkynyl, optionally substituted C1-C6 alkoxy, (C1-C6) alkoxy -alkyl (C1-C6), C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, cyano, nitro, -S (O) p-R10 where p is 0, 1 or 2 and R10 is C1-C3 alkyl or C1-C2 haloalkyl, -OSO2R11 where R11 is C1-C3 alkyl, -CO2 H, -COR12, -COOR12 OR -NHCOR12 where R12 is C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, optionally substituted C3-C6 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted aryl, optionally substituted heteroaryl, (C1- C6) -C1-C6 alkyl or C1-C6 alkylthio, -CONR13R14 O-NR13R14 where R13 and R14 may be the same or different and where each hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl C1-C6 haloalkyl, optionally substituted C2-C6 cycloalkyl, alkenyl Optionally substituted C2-C6, optionally substituted C2-C6 alkynyl, optionally substituted aryl, optionally substituted heteroaryl, alk oxy (C1-C6) -alkyl
