Abstract
En el procedimiento para la aglomeración de sustancias difícilmente solubles y susceptibles de hidrólisis, un polvo de la sustancia difícilmentesoluble junto con un aglutinante, por lo menos, soluble en agua atraviesa en caida libre unaat mósfera de vapor de agua a temperaturas entre 85°C y 105°C,esencialmente sin acción de fuerzas compactantes. En esto, el tiempo de residencia en la atmósfera de vapor de agua supone de unos 0,5 a 10 segundos.A continuación, losaglomerados fo rmados se secan en caida libre, de manera que en los puentes líquido-aglutinante formados en los sitios de contactoentre las partículas primarias se forman pequenos puentes de materia sólida. En un secador de lecho fluidizadointegrado inmedia tamente a continuación seefectua entonces el secado final, hasta un contenido en agua de menos del 0,5% en peso. El procedimiento se lleva a cabo en un aglomerador por chorro devapor en el que un velo de producto de la mezclapulveriforme a aglomera r, que cae libremente, es impactado por vapor de agua mediante las toberas dechorro de vapor (5, 6). En la parte inferior del aglomerador(1) un secador de lecho fluidizado (1), de tal manera que las partículasaglomeradas (4)caen directamen te en el lecho fluidizado.
