Abstract
Las benzoilguanidinas sustituidas en posición orto de la fórmula (I), en la que R(1) hasta R(4) tienen los significados indicados en lasreivindicaciones, son apropiados como medicamentos antiarrítmicos con una componente cardioprotectorapar a la profilaxis del infarto y el tratamientodel infarto así como para el tratamiento de la angina de pecho. El uso para la preparación de un medicamento destinado al tratamiento o profilaxis deenfermedades producidas por estados esquémicos,por i nfarto cardíaco, angina de pecho, de estados de shock, para operaciones quirúrgicas y transplantesde órganos y para enfermedades en las cuales la proliferación celular constituye una causa original primaria o secundaria. Inhibentambién a t ítulopreventivo los procesos patofisiológicos al resultar lesiones inducidas isquémicamente, especialmente en el caso de la provocación de arritmiascardíacas inducidas isquémicamente.
