Abstract

La banda de frecuencias celulares que brinda soporte a múltiples canales de voz se divide en múltiples grupos de frecuencias, cada uno asignado a (esdecir, reutilizado en) múltiples celdas de un sistema telefónico celular. El canal de voz asignado a una estación móvil comprende ese canal seleccionadodel grupo de frecuencias correspondiente a la celda donde está actualmente localizada la estación móvil, que no se ha asignado en simultaneidad a otraestación móvil de una celda localizadaen la proximidades a la que también se haya asignado el uso del mismo grupo de frecuencias. Los grupos defrecuencias se pueden particionar, además, en múltiples subconjuntos, priorizado cada uno individualmente en base a un criterio por celda, de modotal que las celdas próximas que reutilizan el mismo grupo de frecuencias tienen diferentes priorizaciones de subconjuntos. En la asignación de canalse da preferencia a esos canales correspondientes a la celda donde la estaciónmóvil está localizada actualmente, que tienen superior priorización desubconjunto. Tal análisis de uso concurrente y priorización sirve para difundir eficientemente la carga de comunicaciones por toda la banda defrecuencias celulares y minimiza el riesgo de interferencia de co-canal.
