Abstract
Derivados de la distamicina de fórmula (I), donde: n es 2, 3 o 4; R0 es C1-C4 alquilo o CH2CH2-X2, donde X2 es un átomo halógeno; R1 y R2 sonseleccionados, cada uno por separado, de: hidrógeno, C1-C4 alquilo es opcionalmente sustituidopor uno o más átomos de fluor, C1-C4 alcoxi, yhalógenos, X1 es un halógeno; B es seleccionado de fórmulas (II), donde R3--- R9 son, cada uno en forma independiente, hidrógeno o C1-C1alquilo, y m es 0, 1,o 2, con la condición que, cuando R0 es -CH2CH2- X2, B es diferente de -(CH2)m -NR6R7, y por lo menos uno de R3, R4, R5 es C1-C5 alquilo o una de de la mismafarmacéuticamente aceptable. Dichos compuestos son útiles como agentes antincoplásicos y antivirales.
