Abstract
Un método para vigilar un proceso microbiológico en una fuente de fluidos que incolucra aislar una muestra de fluido de una fuente de fluidos, medir elpH de la muestra de fluido en intervalos de tiempo seleccionados, luego analizar loscamb io de pH, si es que los hay, para determinar el régimen devariación de pH de la muestra. El oxígeno disuelto en la muestra también se mide en intervalos de tiempo seleccionados, en considerable sincronizacióncon las mediciones del pH y seanaliza n los cambios en el oxígeno disuelto, si es que los hay, para determinar un régimen de consumo biológico de oxígenopara la muestra.
