Abstract
Hilado enmaranado de filamentos múltiples, exento de agentes de encolado, con aberturas de 1 a 6 cms y una estabilidad de nudos de no menor de 2, cuyosfilamentos presentan por lo menos preponderantemente una película delgada, consistente especialmente de cera dura, que coprende de 0,3 a 2% del peso delos filamentos asociados con esa película con filamentos contiguos. El procedimiento para la preparación de ese hilado de filamentos múltiples, o elhilado de filamentos múltiples esenmaranado, seguidamente mojado con un agente de ligazón de los hilos y luego enrollado, sieno dicho agente una emulsiónacuosa que contiene de 10 a 20 por ciento de peso, referido al peso total de la emulsión de una cera dura. Son favorables las ceras duras que presentan unapenetración de aguja, medida según la norma DIN 51.579 de una penetración de aguja, medida según la norma DIN 51.579 menor que 1 a 20. Se prefiere utilizarcera carnauba o una cera polietilénica. El hilado de filamentos múltiple conforme a la invención se aplica preferentemente coo hilado de urdimbre.
