Abstract

Un cierre disenado para la protección contra la violación de embalajes en general, maletas y elementos similares que consiste de un cuerpo aplanado,unitario, hueco en su centro, en donde se disponen espigas o retenes a lo largo de líneas rectas yp aralelas que forman puntas o flechas estilizadas para suinserción en ranuras dispuestas en la faja de cierre, cuyas ranuraas también están dispuestas de acuerdo con la configuración de dichas espigas o retenes,siendo dicha barra un segmento dela barra de soporte unida al cuerpo del cierre el cual conjuntamente con otros similares, forman un efectivodispositivo de seguridad y protección antiviolación. Sobre el punto de cruce entre las barras de soporte se introduce un remache oelem ento de retenciónsimilar. Además, una etiqueta adhesiva de identificación se adhiere sobre el cuerpo de cierre, permaneciendo una copia de dicha etiqueta con el propietarioresponsable del embalaje o valija, etc., en donde el cierre encuestión es aplicado, no pudiendo ser dicho cierre removido a menos que se lo rompa, encuyo caso el propietario o portador puede investigar fácilmente la violación, al advertir que no reciben ningún elemento lluego de afectada unainvestigaciónoficial.
