Abstract

Un procedimiento mejorado para preparar derivados de ciclopenteno condensados con un anillo aromático. Procedimiento para la preparación de lamezcla racémica de derivados de ciclopenteno condensados con anillos aromáticos, queco mprenden la fórmula (I) en la que A, B, C, y D son átomos decarbono o tres de los A, B, C y D son átomos de carbono y no es un átomo de nitrógeno; R1 es fórmula (II), en la que R3 y R4 son independientemente H, OH,alcoxi C1-8, F, CF3 oalquilo C1 -6 y R5 es -OCH2CO2H; R2 es fórmula (III), en la que R3 y R4 son tal como se indican anteriormente y Z es H, OH o alcoxiC1-5; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo. Los compuestos preferidos preparados sonindano-carboxilatos y derivados de ciclopenteno [b]piridina. Los compuestos más preferidos que se preparan son ácido (+)(1S,2R,3S) -3-[2-hidroxiet-1-iloxi)-4-metoxifenil]-1-(3,4-metilendioxifenil)-5-(prop-1-iloxi)indano-2-carboxílico y sus salesfarmacéuticamente aceptabl es y ácido (+)(1S,2R,3S)-3-(2-carboximetoxi-4-metoxifenil)-1-(3,4-metilendioxifenil)-5-prop-1-iloxi)indano-2-carboxílico y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables. También se han inventado nuevos compuestosintermedios útiles para prepararesto s compuestos y procedimientos su obtención
