Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con una molecula de ADN aislada que codifica una proteina o polipeptido correspondiente a una proteina opolipeptido de un virus del enrollamiento de la hoja de la vid. Tambien se describe la molecula deAD N codificante en un sistema de expresion, una celulahuesped o una planta de uva transgenica. Otro aspecto de la presente invencion se relaciona con un metodo para impartir resistencia al virus del enrollamientode la hoja a plantas de uvatransforman dolas con la molecula de ADN de la presente invencion. Tambien se describe un metodo para impartir resistencia alvirus de la tristeza en plantas de cidro usando la molecula de ADN de la presente invencion. Adicionalmente sedescribe una proteina o polipeptidoaislado correspondiente a una proteina o polipeptido de un virus del enrollamiento de la hoja de la vid codificiada por dicha molecula.
