Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con mezclas de un poliester, poliamida o poliester/amida que contienen un compuesto copolimerizable atenuador de lafluorescencia y un segundo polimero. Las mezclas de la presente invencion muestran una fluorescencia reducida. Especificamente, las mezclas comprenden(a) un poliester/amida que comprende: (1) un componente acido dicarboxilico que comprende por lo menos 0,1% mol de un acido dicarboxilico seleccionado entre elgrupo que consiste en acido tereftalico y/o ester tereftalato; (2) un componente diol y/o diamina; (3) 0,1 a 99,9% mol, en base al 100% de acidodicarboxilico y 100% mol de diol, de un compuesto copolimerizable de la fluorescencia; (b) un segundo polimero seleccionadoentre el grupo que consisteen homo y copoliesteres de tereftalato de (poli)alquileno, homo y copoliesteres de naftalato de (poli)alquileno, homo y copoliesteres de tereftalato de (poli)cicloalquileno, homo y copoliesteres de 1,4-ciclohexandicarboxilato de (poli) alquileno y homo y copolimeros de policarbonato. Tambien se da a conocer unproceso para la preparacion de dichas mezclas mediante mezclado por fusion de dicho poliester/amida y dicho segundo polimero.
