Abstract

Una estructura absorbente, tal como una toalla sanitaria, que tiene una capa de adquisicion de liquido que mira hacia el cuerpo y un componentefluidamente adaptativo impermeable a fluidos que mira hacia la prenda que puede conformardinamic amente en forma continua y simultanea o adaptar la capade adquisicion de liquido al cuerpo del usuario en respuesta a la presion. El componente fluidamente adaptativo se llena de un fluido en una cantidad tal quecuando se aplica presion ala superf icie de una primera porcion del componente fluidamente adaptativa, un volumen de fluido es transferido a una segundaporcion del componente fluidamente adaptativo para que se abombe o expanda. El componente fluidamente adaptativo esimpermeable a fl uidos y es adyacente a yen contacto de respuesta dinamica con la capa de adquisicion de liquido. En una modalidad preferida, el componente fluidamente adaptativo comprende ademas unacapa de barrera en donde dos capas impermeables afluidos sobrepuest as definen un componente fluidamente adaptativo sellado entre ellas. Los componentesfluidamente adaptativos de la presente invencion, cuando se incorporan en una estructura absorbente, impulsan dinamicamente hacia el cuerpo delusuario unaporcion de la capa de adquisicion de liquido que mira hacia el cuerpo.
