Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una disposición de circuito inversor. Debido al hecho que los tiristores (GTO) son controlados en forma brusca, losdichos antiparalelos presentan en su característica de corriente de bloqueo una dV/dt de 2 KV/micrones a 10 kV/micrones y habiéndose dispuesto entre la fuentede tensión contínua y los tiritores un circuito de marcha libre de baja inductancia, resulta posible operar a los tiristores y a los diodosantiparalelos sin circuito protector.
