Abstract
Compuestos de imidazolin-2,4-diona de la fórmula I, en la cual R1 es C1-6-alquilo, fenilo,-(CH2)1-3- fenilo o (CH2)1-4-COOR5, o R1 y R2en conjunto son -(CH2)4-6-, -(CH2)2-O-(CH2)2- o fórmula II, R3 es H, C1-5-alquilo o (CH2)1-4-C OOR5; R4 representa un compuesto heterocíclico delgrupo que comprende las fórmulas III; R5 es C1-3-alquilo; R6 es hidrógeno C1-4-alquilo, fenilo o bencilo y R7 es H, C1-4-alquilo o trifluorofeniloy procedimientos para su preparación. Estoscomp uestos son aplicables en medicamentos, particularmente inmunomoduladores y productos con efectoantivasculítico.
