Abstract
La invención se refiere a fórmula (I), en donde: el radical 4-hidroxi-3- carboxifenilazo puede estar en la posición 3 ó 4 del anillo bencénico; mrepresenta 1 ó 2; R1 representa C1-4 alquilo ó C3-7 cicloalquilo; a, b y c representan CR2,donde cada R2 independientemente representa H ó C1-4 alquilo;X representa un grupo de fórmula (i) ó (ii); A representa -CO-, -SO2-, -NHCO- ó -OCO-; B representa un grupo de fórmula (iii), y cuando A representa -CO- ó-SO2-, B también puederepresentar un g rupo de fórmula (iv), (v), (vi) ó (vii); n representa 0, 1, 2, ó 3; p representa 0 ó 1; R3 representa H; C1-4 alquilo,C1-4 haloalquilo, C3-7 cicloalquilo, C1-4 alcoxi-C1-4 alquilo ó arilo; R4 representa H, C1-4 alquilo, -COOR5ó -CONR5R6, y cua ndo A representa -CO- ó-SO2-, entonces R4 puede ser también -NR5R6, -NR7C(=O)OR5, -NR7C(=O)R5, -NR7C(=O)NR5R6 ó -NR7SO2R5; ó bien R3 y R4 juntos forman una cadena de C2-6polimetileno; R5 representa C1-4 alquilo, arilo oaril-C1-4 alquilo; R6 y R7 representan independientemente H ó C1-4 alquilo; W representa -OC(=O)-,-C(=O)-,-NR6C(=O)- ó -SO2-; R8 representa arilo; R9 representa C1-4 alquilo,C3-7 cicloalquilo, -C(=O)OR5, -C(=O)R5, -C(=O)NR5R6, ó -SO2R5;R10 representa C1-4alquil o, C3-7 cicloalquilo, arilo, ó aril-C1-4 alquilo; Z representa -(CH2)qCO- ó -(CH2)r-; q representa 0, 1, ó 2; r representa 1 ó 2; R11 representa H óhalógeno; R12 y R13 representan independientemente H, C1-6 alquilo,C3-7cicloalquilo ó C3-7 ci cloalquil-C1-6 alquilo;o bien R12 y R13 juntos forman unacadena de C2-6 polimetileno;R14 representa -COR15, -COOH,-COOR15, -CONR16R17; -C1-6 alquil-OR15, -C1-6 alquil-OC(=O)R15 ó -C1-6 alquil-OC(=O)NR16R17; R15representaC1-6 alquilo, C2-6 alquenil o, C2-6 alquinilo, C3-7cicloalquilo ó C1-6 haloalquilo; R16 y R17 representan independientemente H o cualquiera de
