Abstract

Un método para la introducción de resistencia al nematodo cístico de soja, en germoplasma de soja de élite. El método involucra el uso de sitios (loci)genéticamente mapeados, asociados con la resistencia al nematodo cístico de soja, para la selección asistida por marcadores, durante la introducción de laresistencia al nematodo cístico de soja, en germoplasma de soja de élite. También se da a conocer un método para la confirmación de la selección de laresistencia al nematodo cístico desoja; sitios (loci) característicos cuantitativos asociados con la resistencia al nematodo cístico de soja; ylíneas de soja producidas para ser resistentes a la infestación por nematodos. císticos de soja.
