Abstract

A vehicle assembly 10 comprises rolling means 12, a chassis 13 mounted on the rolling means 12, a bed 14 mounted on the chassis 13, the bed 14 having an open or openable back end 17 and being capable of receiving a load, and a load discharge mechanism adapted to discharge the load through the back end of the bed 14. The bed 14 is operable to move to a tilted position in which a front end of the bed 14 is more elevated than the back end, and the bed 14 is also operable to move rearwards relative to the chassis 13.
