Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse omhandler en filmblanding med egenskaper som forsegling som omfatter minst to bestanddelsmaterialer av etenpolymer. Ett formål med oppfinnelsen omhandler en flersjiktssammensetning som har balanserte egenskaper som forsegling.... og omfatter et tetningssjikt og et polypropensjikt, hvori tetningssjiktet omfatter og er fremstilt av en polymerblanding, som har særskilte molekylvektegenskaper, og en etenpolymer nummer to. En foretrukket utførelsesform i foreliggende oppfinnelse omhandler en polyolefinfilm med medium tetthet og en blanding karakterisert ved at den har en utmerket likevekt mellom en lav initieringstemperatur ved forsegling og en forbedret filmmodul. Filmen og blandingen består av og er fremstilt av minst en homogent forgrenet etenpolymer med lavere tetthet og minst en heterogent eller homogent forgrenet etenpolymer med høyere tetthet. Oppfinnelsen er i særdeleshet nyttig til de anvendelser som krever raske forseglingstider og god målbestandighet ved emballering, så som, for eksempel, "cook-in" (kok deri) pakking, varmfyll pakking, poser til flytbart materiale, pakking ved kompresjonsfylling, krympefilmpakking og pakking med barrierekrympefilm, samt til biaksialorienterte filmsammensetninger av polypropen (BOPP).The present invention relates to a film composition having properties such as sealing comprising at least two constituent materials of ethylene polymer. One object of the invention is to provide a multilayer composition having balanced properties such as sealing .... and comprising a sealing layer and a polypropylene layer, wherein the sealing layer comprises and is made of a polymer blend having distinct molecular weight properties and a second ethylene polymer. A preferred embodiment of the present invention relates to a medium density polyolefin film and a composition characterized by having an excellent balance between a low sealing initiation temperature and an improved film module. The film and mixture consist of and are made of at least one homogeneously branched lower density ethylene polymer and at least one higher density heterogeneous or homogeneous branched ethylene polymer. The invention is particularly useful for those applications which require fast sealing times and good packaging resistance such as, for example, "cook-in" packaging, hot-fill packaging, bags for flowable material, compression-filling packaging, shrink film packaging and packaging. with barrier shrink film, and for biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film compositions.
