Abstract

Systemer og innretninger som gir bemerkelsesverdig av in vivo-overføring til celler, primært muskelceller og tumorceller, av nukleinsyrevektorer, benytter svake elektriske felt for å øke effektiviteten ved overføringen. Innretningene ifølge oppfinnelsen er konstruert for å gi en optimal spenningsgradient for å øke migreringen av nukleinsyrevektorer til celler uten å skade cellene eller vevet. Slike innretninger karakteriseres ved et unik arrangement av elektroder og ved de ulike energigrenser som er definert ved de maksimale spenningsinnstillinger.
