Abstract
Farmasøytisk preparat som omfatter eller består av følgende komponenter: (i) en initiell dose av aktiv ingrediens, som er tilveiebragt av den aktive ingrediens sammen med valgfrie eksipienter, (ii) en første type pellet med forsinket frigjøring, hvor den aktive ingre- diens og de valgfrie eksipienter er dekket med et belegg, og (iii) en annen type pellet med forsinket frigjøring, hvor den aktive ingre- diens og de valgfrie eksipienter igjen er dekket med et belegg, - hvor den aktive ingrediens er en ACE-inhibitor, og - hvor mengdene av beleggene i henhold til (ii) og (iii) er tilstede i et forhold, basert på vekt, i området fra 1:2 til 1:7.
