Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en plastisk homogen austenittisk nikkellegering med en høy kor- rosjonsbestandighet overfor aggressive medier såvel som under oksyderende som også under reduserende betingelser, en utmerket bestandighet overfor loka! korrosjon i sure klorholdige medier og med en høy strukturstabilitet etter termisk påvirkning. Legeringen består av (masse-%): krom 20,0 til 23,0%, molybden 18,5 til 21,0%, jern maks. 1,5%, mangan maks. 0,5%, silisium maks. 0,10%, kobolt maks. 0,3%, wolfram maks. 0,3%, kobber maks. 0,3%, aluminium 0,1 til 0,3%, magnesium 0,001 til 0,015%, kalsium 0,001 til 0,010%, karbon maks. 0,01%, nitrogen 0,05 til 0,15%, vanadium 0,1 til 0,3%, resten nikkel og ytterligere smeltebetingede forurensninger. Legeringen egner seg som materiale til gjenstander som må være bestandige overfor kjemiske angrep og som overlegert svei- setilsetning til andre nikkelbaserte materialer.
