Abstract
Cefalosporinpyridiniumderivater med den generelle formel I hvori R1 KS n m R2 R4, er hydrogen, lavere alkyl, sykloalkyl eller acetyl; er CH eller N; er O, l eller 2; er O eller 1; er hydrogen, lavere alkyl, co-hydroksyalkyl, benzyl eller lavere alkyl-heterosyklyl, benzyl- og heterosyklylgruppen er ikke-substituert eller substituert med minst en av gruppene amino, cyano, karboksy, halogen, hydroksy, lavere alkyl, lavere alkoksy eller -CONR2, R er hydrogen eller lavere alkyl; eller R2 er -CH2CONR<R5; hvori uavhengig av hverandre er hydrogen, co-hydroksyalkyl, fenyl, naftyl eller heterosyklyl, fenyl, naftyl eller heterosyklyl er ikke-substituert eller substituert med minst en av gruppene, eventuelt beskyttet, hydroksy, halogen, alternativt substituert lavere alkyl, alternativt substituert lavere alkoksy, co-hydroksyalkyl og/eller cyano; eller gruppene R4 og R5 danner sammen en gruppe med formel under den forutsetning at m er l når pyridiniumring A er et pyridinium -4-yl; samt enkelt hydrolyserbare estere derav, farmasøytisk akseptable salter av forbindelsene og hydrater av forbindelsene med formel I og deres estere og salter.
