Abstract
Asfæriske toriske linsekonstruksjoner er beskrevet som reduserer antall sylindriske akseplasseringer som kreves for lagerholdte enheter i inventaret ved å utforme den toriske overflaten (34) asfærisk. Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører oftalmiske linser, og spesielt kontaktlinser slik som myke hydrogele kontaktlinser, spesielt konstruert for å passe astigmatiske pasienter som enten er ikke-presbyopiske eller presbyopiske.
