Kokille for strengstøping av valse- eller pressbarrer, idet kokillen omfatter et hulsylindrisk element med et sylindrisk kokillehulrom (10) og en innløps (12) - og utløpsåpning (14), og kokillen består av i det minste to ringformede kokilleelementer (20, 30) med en felles midtre akse (m), idet ett kokilleelement, en indre hylse (30), befinner seg innerst mot aksen (m) og sideveis avgrenser kokillehulrommet (10), mens det andre kokille- elementet, et bærende element (20), befinner seg ytterst og inneholder hylsen (30).
