Abstract

En anordning for innspilling og avspilling ved at magnetbånd, for eksempel en båndkassett (TK), som irmspillingsmedium, innbefatter et magnethode (15) beregnet på å komme i anlegg mot en side av magnetbåndet (T), og en stabiliseringsinnretning (6) som er plassert overfor magnethodet (15) på motstående side av magnetbåndet (T) slik at magnetbåndet (T) beveger seg i en bane som ligger mellom stabiliseringsinnretning (6) og magnethodet (15). Stabiliseringsinnretningen (6) har en glideflate (20a) som er i berøring med den side av båndet (T) som vender fra magnethodet (15). Videre kan glideflaten (20a) for båndet på stabiliseringsinnretningen (6) være utført med et forsenket parti (20a) og partiet (20b) som skal skrape båndet. Med denne oppbygning blir vibrasjoner i magnetbåndet (T) i nærheten av magnethodet (15) i høy grad begrenset slik at en hodeservo for styring av magnethodet (15) kan stille inn dette nøyaktig selv i anordninger som har en meget liten spordeling. Utfall av signaler og lignende som skaper lese/skrivefeil på grunn av fremmedlegemer som kommer inn i båndbanen, er også motvirket på en pålitelig måte. Videre vil rommet mellom magnetbåndet (T) og hodet (15) bli redusert og kontakttrykket mellom hodet og båndet opprettholdes for å optimalisere innspillings- og/eller avspillingsoperasjoner mellom hodet og magnetbåndet.
