Abstract

Det er beskrevet en masseblekellnje med et Innledende trinn (140) BOD anvender en gassformlg blekereagens, etterfulgt av et etterfølgende trinn (70) uten mellomliggende vaske-eller pumpetrlnn. Massen transporteres fra det Innledende trinnet gjennom en blander (30) hvori massen oppvarmes og/eller doseres med blekekjemlkaller og gjennom etterfølgende trinn med opprettholdt gasstrykk dannet l det Innledende trinnet. Endel av den gjenværende gassen kan adskllles og slippes ut fra blanderen gjennom en trykkregulerlngsan- ordnlng (90) for å optimalisere trykket for prosesser som etterfølger blanderen/varmeren. Dette gjør det mulig å utelate en vasker og pumpe som normalt er tllvelebragt mellom den Innledende reaktoren og etterfølgende bleketrlnn.
