Abstract

3-(N-isopropyl-N-n-propylamino )-5-(N-isopropyl )karba- moylkroman som har formelen: (D som racemat, (E )-enantlomer i form av fri base eller farmasøytisk akseptable salter derav. Forbindelsene er beregnet for terapeutisk bruk, spesielt for behandling av 5-hydroksytryptamin-formidlede forstyrrelser i sentralnervesystemet, f.eks depresjon, angst, obsessiv- compulsiv forstyrrelse (OCD), anoreksi, senil demente, migrene, slag, Alzheimers sykdom, nypertensjon, termoregulatoriske og seksuelle forstyrrelser, smerte og forstyrrelser i det kardlovaskulære systemet.
