Abstract

Fremgangsmåte til separering av smelte- og fortrinns- vis også faststoff-partikler fra en gasstrøm hvor den nevnte strøm stammer fra forgassingen av avlut, fortrinnsvis svartlut, fra produksjonen av masse (pulp) og omfatter både gassformede stoffer (4) og smelte- og eventuelt også faststoff-partikler (5), hvil- ken gasstrøm ledes til en separasjonsnordning (2) hvor i det minste en viss del, fortrinnsvis hoveddelen av de nevnte partikler (5) separeres fra gasstrømmen (4), idet den nevnte strøm av gassformede stoffer (4) inneholdende smelte- og/eller faststoff-partikler (5) tvinges til å bevege seg i en krum bane og at i det minste den ytre omkrets av den krumme bane er avgrenset av et bevegelig væskelag (12), idet de nevnte partikler (5) separeres fra gasstrømmen (4) ved at de blandes sammen med og fortrinnsvis også oppløses og avkjøles i, væskelaget (12).
