Abstract

Fremgangsmåte til fjerning av fosfor, som ortofosfat, fra en vannholdig strøm innbefattende å innføre i strømmen en effektiv mengde kalsiumioner som fortrinnsvis er gips- avledet, justere pH til 5-8, innføre strømmen i et reak- sjonskar hvor den bringes i kontakt med et svakt rørt sjikt av finpartikulær magnesiumoksid i en mengde som er tilstrekkelig til å feste det dannede kalsiumfosfatet, anvende en pH på 8-12 i strømmen som er i kontakt med magnesiumoksidet, og fjerne en strøm fra karet som er fosforfortynnet.
