Ultralyd-gass/væskestrømningsmåler med en W-formet vei i det indre av røret har to omformere (101,102;201,-202) som er forskjøvet aksialt i forhold til den kjente geometri av utførelsen med.W- formet måleavsnitt i aksialretnignen og/eller anordnet med vinkel slik at omformerne og den W-formede vei ikke befinner seg ortogonalt i forhold til hverandre.
