Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører kloning og ekspresjon av rensede og isolerte DNA-molekyler som er oppnådd fra sop- per, og som koder for enzymer med arabinan-nedbrytende aktivi- tet. Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører også DNA-konstruksjo- ner inneholdende disse DNA-molekyler, foruten fremgangsmåter 1 for deres forbedrede ekspresjon i utvalgte mikrobielle verts- celler. Videre vedrører oppfinnelsen fremgangsmåter for anvendelse av de således fremstilte arabinan-nedbrytende enzymer.
