Abstract
Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av vandige blandingsmicel- leløsninger, som inneholder blan- dingsmiceller som er dannet av lipider og salter av gallesyrer, i hvilke om ønsket aktive stoffer som er tungt løselige eller uløselige i vann solubiliseres, som . er karakterisert ved at det fremstilles blandinger av a) løsninger, som inneholder lipider, de frie gallesyrene og eventuelt de aktive stof- fene som er tungt løselige eller uløselige i vann, i et vannløselige organisk løs- ningsmiddel , og b) løsninger som beregnet på gallesyrene inneholder 0,05 til 3 ekvivalente baser og eventuelt isotoniserende til- setninger og/eller vann- løselige aktive stoffer, det organiske løsningsmiddel fjer- nes ved ultrafiltrering, lyo- filisering, vakuumdestillasjon eller omvendt osmose og den oppnådde blanding om ønsket fortynnes med vandig fase.
