Abstract
Treprodukter ned forminsket etterfølgende formaldehyd-avspaltning kan fremstilles fordelaktig ned god haxpiks-reaktivitet og med gode fastheter og svelleverdier ved blanding av lignocellulose-holdige partikler, f.eks. trespon, aed et berdbart bindemiddel på basis av herdbare aainoplast-kondensater og etterfølgende sammenpressing av blandingen under varmepåvirke ning; hvorved en blanding A son inneholder et vannforllkelig middel til binding av formaldehyd blir påført på partiklene, respektive blandet samsen aed disse, før blandingen av partiklene aed det herdbare bindemiddelet, når blandingen A utgjør en vandig løsning aed en pH verdi på 3,0 til 6.5, soa inneholder. a) organiske syrer, soa ikke eller bare uvesentlig. angriper tre. i en mengde på over 15 vekt%, i forhold til. faststoffinnholdet i løsningen, fortrinnsvis blandinger av alifatiske karboksylsyrer nedtil 10 c-atoær, og b) en foraaldehyd-bindende, nitrogenholdig forbindelse, spesielt urea.
