Abstract

A device for sealing and simultaneously mechanically locking a cover (1) on the frame of a low-voltage high breaking capacity fuse isolator is described in which a sealing pin (6), which has a flange (5) at one end and which is guided displaceably in the hole of a large locking ridge (8) on the cover (1), can be pushed into the hole of a sealing lug (4) attached to the device frame and which has a diameter which is smaller than the longitudinal dimension (L) of the flange.
