Abstract
Virtuelle styreenheter for visuelle fremvisninger er beskrevet. I én utførelse fanger et kamera opp et bilde av hender mot en bakgrunn. Bildet blir delt inn i håndområder og bakgrunnsområder. Forskjellige hånd- og fingergestikuleringer isolerer deler av bakgrunnen i uavhengige områder, som så blir tilordnet styreparametere for manipulering av den visuelle fremvisningen. Flere styreparametere kan kobles med attributter for flere uavhengige områder som dannes av to hender, for avansert styring omfattende samtidige funksjoner for klikking, markering, kjøring, horisontal bevegelse, vertikal bevegelse, rulling, trekking, rotasjonsbevegelse, zooming, maksimering, minimering, kjøring av filfunksjoner og eksekvering av menyvalg.
