Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en doseringspumpe med et turtallsregulerbart drivorgan for et innstillbart, doserende doseringsvolum, hvor doseringspumpen er utformet som ett-trinns rotasjonspumpe med radialhjul av sentrifugalkonstruksjon roterende anordnet i et løpehjulsrom i et pumpehus uten tetningsspalte, for transport av et fluid mellom et pumpeinnløp og et pumpeutløp. Radialhjulet er forbundet med en drivmotor med turtall som kan endres til i det femsifrede område av omdreininger per minutt, radialhjulet tilstrømmes i midten, er forsynt med transportkanaler og oppviser en ytre diameter på inntil 50 mm, hvorved sentrifugalpumpen for anvendelse i et prosessteknisk anlegg med kontinuerlige doseringsvolumer er konstruert for en dellastdrift hvis doseringsvolumer ligger i området fra 0 til 3600 ml/min og med løftehøyder på 20 til 300 m. En innvendig diameter til løpehjulsrommet er utformet maksimalt 4 % større enn en ytre diameter til radialhjulet. Mellom løpehjulsrommet og radialhjulet eller dettes aksel er det anordnet en tetning, og løpehjulsrommet er ved omkretsen forsynt med én eller flere pumpeutløpskanaler som er anordnet spissvinklet eller tangentiale i forhold til løpehjulets ytre diameter.
