Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører et skumisolerende material dannet fra varmestråleisolerende materialer inne- holdende ekspanderbare styrenpolymerpartikler. Materialet ifølge oppfinnelsen består av såkalte reflektorpartikler og absorpsjonspartikler. Materialet ifølge oppfinnelsen er særlig fordelaktig i plateform for termisk isolering og derfor for isoleringsformål i bygninger, men også for andre anvendelser. Det er mulig å oppnå en forbedret lydabsorpsjon med materialet ifølge oppfinnelsen.
