Abstract
Sammendrag Den foreliggende beskrivelsen tilveiebringer isolerte monoklonale antistoffer, spesielt humane monoklonale antistoffer som spesifikt binder til fukosyl-GMI med høy affinitet. Nukleinsyremolekyler som koder for antistoffene ifølge denne beskrivelsen, ekspresjonsvektorer, vertsceller og fremgangsmåter for å uttrykke antistoffene ifølge denne beskrivelsen er også tilveiebrakt. Immunkonjugater, bi-spesifikke molekyler og farmasøytiske preparater som omfatter antistoffene ifølge denne beskrivelsen er også tilveiebrakt.
