Abstract
En fremgangsmåte for oppløsing av en forbindelse i racemisk form som omfatter følgende trinn, blir beskrevet: a) omsette en forbindelse i racemisk form med et oppløsingsreagens, b) danne et diastereoisomert kompleks av oppløsingsreagenset og en enantiomer av interesse, c) separere enantiomeren av interesse fra det oppnådde, diastereoisomere komplekset, hvori en slik fremgangsmåte er karakterisert ved at oppløsingsreagenset er en forbindelse med formel I: Et diastereoisomert kompleks mellom oppløsingsreagenset med formel I og enantiomeren av interesse beskrives også. Fremgangsmåten ifølge oppfinnelsen gjør det mulig å separere sure og basiske racemiske blandinger.
