Abstract

En prosess for fremstilling av lavtemperatur aktivert eller delvis aktivert partielt dekomponert organisk stoff for anvendelse som et ionebyttemedium, omfattende trinnene av å granulere partielt dekomponert fuktbærende organisk stoff, tørke granulene og aktivere granulene ved en temperatur på omtrent 175-520°C, hvori granulet har en hardhet og kationbyttekapasitet egnet for en særskilt ønsket applikasjon.
