En koplingssammenstilling innrettet til å kople et stigerørelement (10) av en stigerøranordning til et annet stigerørelement (10' eller 10'') for å kople en oljebrønn til en oljerigg, omfattende en tappdel (4) og en muffedel (6) som sammen danner et sete (38a, 38b), idet tappdelen (4) omfatter et aksialt tapp-parti (36a), idet muffedelen (6) omfatter et aksialt muffeparti (36b) motsatt det aksiale, radiale tapp-parti (36a), hvor tetningsringen (8) omfatter en radialt forløpende ringformet stamme (102) utstyrt med et første og et andre aksialt tetningsstøtteparti (35a, 35b), idet det aksiale ringformede parti som forbinder det første og andre tetningsstøtteparti (35a, 35b) er aksialt atskilt, hvor et første aksialt forløpende parti (22a) strekker seg i en retning aksialt bort fra den første tetningsstøtteflate (35a) og et andre aksialt forløpende parti (22b) strekker seg i en retning aksialt bort fra den andre tetningstøtteflate (35b). Ifølge oppfinnelsen er den radialt forløpende ringformede stamme (102) utstyrt med et første aksialt tetningsstøtteparti (35a) innrettet til ved atmosfæretrykk å ligge an mot det aksiale tapp-parti (36a) og dessuten et andre aksialt tetningsstøtteparti (35b) innrettet til, under bruk, å ligge an mot det aksiale muffeparti (36b).
