Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår forbindelser med den generelle formel I; hvor R1 er halogen; R2 er -C(O)NH2,-C(NH2)=N-OH, -C(O)CH2Br, -C(O)N(CH3)OCH3 eller-C(O)-lavere alkyl eller en 5-leddet heteroarylgruppe, inneholdende 2 eller 3 heteroatomer, valgt fra gruppen bestående av N, O eller S, eventuelt substituert med R3, hvor R3 er lavere alkyl, -NR'R" eller -C(O)R; R er NR'R", lavere alkyl eller lavere alkoksy; R7R" er uavhengig hydrogen eller lavere alkyl; så vel som deres farmasøytisk akseptable salter for behandling av sykdommer, som blir mediert av monoamin oksidase B inhibitorer, for eksempel Alzheimers sykdom og senil demens.
