For å være i stand til å tilkoble flere feltanordninger per datatilpasningsanordning har datatilpasningsanordning (6) og dennes tilhørende tilførselsanordninger (8) en eksplosjonssikker konstruksjon og hver tilførselsanordning er koblet til datadistribusjonsanordningene via en eksplosjonssikker forbindelse, hvorved disse datadistribusjonsanordningene, eller feltanordningene tilkoblet disse, har en barriereanordning for begrensning av den tilførte effekten.
