Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår fremgangsrnåten for å planlegge og optimalisere antall, plassering og størrelse av sprekker i en underjordisk formasjon, og mer spesifikt en fremgangsmåte som tar hensyn til belastningspåvirkning fra andre sprekker når planlegging og optimalisering av antall, plassering og størrelse av sprekker i formasjonen blir utført. Foreliggende oppfinnelse optimaliserer antall, plassering og størrelse av sprekker i en underjordisk formasjon. Foreliggende oppfinnelse bestemmer en eller flere geomekaniske belastninger indusert av hver sprekk basert på størrelse og beliggenhet av hver sprekk. Foreliggende oppfinnelse bestemmer et maksimalt antall sprekker og et forutsagt belastningsfelt basert på geomekaniske belastninger indusert av hver av sprekkene.
