Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av 4,10p -diacetoksy-2a benzoyloksy-5p,20- epoksy-l,13a-dihydroksy-9-okso-19-norcyklopropa[g]taks-ll-en fra 4-acetoksy-2a benzoyloksy-5p,20- epoksy-l,13a-dihydroksy-9-okso-7P-trifluormetyisulfonyloksy-taks-l l-en ved reaksjon med en molekylsikt i sulfolan.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of 4,10β-diacetoxy-2a benzoyloxy-5β, 20-epoxy-1,3a-dihydroxy-9-oxo-19-norcyclopropa [g] tax-11-ene from 4-acetoxy-2a benzoyloxy -5β, 20-epoxy-1,3a-dihydroxy-9-oxo-7β-trifluoromethylisulfonyloxy-taxa-1-one by reaction with a molecular sieve in sulfolane.
