Abstract
Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte og anordning for separering av overlappende gjenstander (3) som føres frem på en transportør. Transportøren er inndelt i to hver for seg drevne baner, dvs. en første (1) og en andre (2). Hver av banene (1, 2) har en lederulle (5, 6) som ligger inntil hverandre og som er sammenkoblet og kan beveges i horisontalplanet. Deretter akselereres lederullene (5, 6) og det andre transportbånd (2) momentant, hvoretter lederullene (5, 6) går tilbake til den opprinnelige hastighet. Det andre transportbånd (2) beholder en høyere hastighet inntil det er skapt et nødvendig separeringsmellomrom. Endelig går det andre transportbånd (2) tilbake til den opprinnelige hastighet samtidig som lederullene (5, 6) beveges bakover.There is disclosed a method and apparatus for separating overlapping objects (3) advanced on a conveyor. The conveyor is divided into two separately operated lanes, i.e. a first (1) and a second (2). Each of the webs (1, 2) has a guide roller (5, 6) which is adjacent to each other and which are interconnected and can be moved in the horizontal plane. When separating is to take place, the transport paths (1, 2) and the guide rollers (5, 6) move forward at the same speed. Thereafter, the guide rollers (5, 6) and the second conveyor belt (2) are momentarily accelerated, after which the guide rollers (5, 6) return to their original speed. The second conveyor belt (2) retains a higher speed until a necessary separation gap is created. Finally, the second conveyor belt (2) returns to its original speed while moving the guide rollers (5, 6) backward.
