Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte i en sender for å flette inn informasjonsbiter fra en datablokk i overføringsskurer. Hver av informasjonsbitene tilordnes en indeks. Bitflettingen omfatter det å beregne posisjoner for informasjonsbitene i overføringsskurene slik at verdiene til indeksene for i hvert fall en del av informasjonsbitene modifiseres. Ved en mottaker avgjøres det hvorvidt verdien til noen av indeksene har blitt modifisert før overføring av overføringsskurene. Avhengig av denne avgjørelsen plukkes da informasjonsbitene ut basert på modifiserte indeksverdier eller opprinnelig tildelte indeksverdier.
