Abstract

Fremgangsmåte og apparat for å overføre signaler fra flere antenner ned til basebånd over en felles radiofrekvens (RF) kjede. Antenne valg har større fleksibilitet og anvendbarhet for både opplink og nedlink hvor prioritet blir gitt til antennemottaket med en bedre kvalitet i signalet. Teknikker og apparater er gitt for å gjøre målinger over et område av intervaller fra tidsvinduer til enkle symboler, der for eksempel det å velge det beste signalet har teknikker beskrevet her som kan bli brukt individuelt, og i noen tilfeller er kombinert for å gi tilleggsfordeler med hensyn til effektivitet.
