Description

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en emballasje for egg og liknende bestående av en i celler oppdelt skål som er utformet i ett stykke av dyptrukket plastfolie eller plastfilm, og et med denne skål leddbart forbundet, boyd, brettet og sammenklistret stykke papp utfort lokk, og der skålen og lokket er sammenfestet langs sine nærligge^ <=* kantpartier og der leddet mellom skålen og lokket dannes av en brettelinje som avgrenser sammenfestningspartiet på lokket. ;Fra f.eks. US-patent nr. 3-531-044 er det kjent en emballasje av den ovenfor beskrevne art. De fordeler som man trodde a vinne med en emballasje av denne art, nemlig en forenkling og forbed-ring av dekor, reklame- og opplysningstrykk på lokket (dekoreringen kan skje når lokket er i form av et plant emne eller til og med på utgangs-materialet fbr lokket utstanses fra dette), har mistet en stor del av sin betydning på grunn av en viss svekning i emballasjen. De to at-skilte og på forskjellig måte behandlede materialer oppviser liten inn byrdes friksjon, hvorfor de lett glir ved anlegg mot hverandre. I stengt stilling stottes lokket av fra skålen mot lokkets plane overdel ut-stikkende knaster mellom cellene i skålen. De ytterste eller nærmest emballasjens kortsider beliggende knaster ligger i avstand fra kort-sidene og mellom respektive ytre knaster og nærliggende kortside er det anordnet eggrom. I emballasjen ifolge det ovenfor angitte US-patent har kanten på lokkets kortside bare anlegg mot skålens kantområde. Etter-som emballasjene under håndteringen i-lager, salgssted og av kjoperne selv ofte gripes fra enden og på en slik måte at fingrene griper under skålen og tommelen ovenpå lokket, utsettes emballasjen for et trykk som ikke kan opptas av den bare mot skålen anliggende lokk-kanten, men lokk-kanten og skålen glir i forhold til hverandre og emballasjen tryk-kes mer eller mindre sammen. Eggene i de ytterste rommene er av denne grunn ofte knust når kjoperen åpner emballasjen. ;For å eliminere de ovenfor angitte ulemper er emballasjen ifolge oppfinnelsen karakterisert ved at skålen langs hver av sine vinkelrett på den hengseldannende bukkelinje forlopende kanter, har en utenfor lokkets anslagsområde beliggende på skålen innrettet vulst med rettlinjet forlop, som er innrettet til å stotte den nærliggende kant av lokket i dettes lukkede stilling. ;Oppfinnelsen skal i det folgende beskrives nærmere under henvisning til tegningen der: Fig. 1 viser et snitt gjennom en emballasje i åpen stilling. Fig. 2 viser en del av et planriss av den åpne emballasjen. Fig. 3 viser et delsnitt i storre målestokk gjennom emballasjen i lukket stilling. Fig. 4 viser et mot fig. 3 svarende snitt gjennom en modifikasjon av oppfinnelsen. ;Den på tegningen viste emballasje, som er beregnet for egg, består av en i rom 1 oppdelt skål 2 og et med skålen 2 leddbart forbundet lokk 3. Skålen er utfort av et stykke dyptrukken plastfolie eller -film og lokket 3 av et boyd, brettet og sammenfestet stykke papp. Skålen 2 og lokket 3 er vec* hjelp av en som 4 sammensatt langs sine ene nærliggende kantpartier, der både skålen 2 og lokket 3 har en utstikk-ende flens eller plant parti 5 resp. 6 mellom hvilke sommen 4 er an_ bragt. As the packaging during handling in the warehouse, point of sale and by the buyers themselves is often gripped from the end and in such a way that the fingers grip under the bowl and the thumb on top of the lid, the packaging is exposed to a pressure that cannot be absorbed by the lid which is only against the bowl edge, but the lid edge and the bowl slide relative to each other and the packaging is more or less pressed together. For this reason, the eggs in the outermost compartments are often broken when the buyer opens the packaging.
